We got there for a 6:30 reservation and didn't leave until 1/2 before closing time, not because we were having such a great time but because we had to wait so long for our meals. Despite all his efforts, we constantly had to remind him that one of us didn't get our drink, our appetizers and even 1 of our dinners didn't come on time and my friend had to leave early, so when his meal actually came, he packed it to go. For appetizers, we order the grilled octopus and calamari. We ordered the fish and chips and ribeye. Restaurant was full and she was attentive, friendly, polite and professional. Especially when she seemed to be the only one working. With this I would have rated 3 stars but because of the great service from our waitress and the food being excellent, I will rate 4 stars. The noise level was so loud you could not talk to each other in your party let alone place your order comprehensively. Had to bring up the menu on our phones from their website to actually read. Not to mention the wording on the menu was very small. Can’t read the menu with the poor lighting.
